Código de Ética

1. Objetivo

ISSEL SHIPPING AGENCY ISSELSA S.A. es una persona jurídica constituida para operar como Agencia Naviera a nivel nacional, ejerciendo sus actividades en los principales puertos y terminales del Ecuador, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en sus estatutos sociales; objeto que lo realiza acatando estrictamente todas las disposiciones legales vigentes.

El presente Código de Ética, Conducta y Convivencia Organizacional establece los lineamientos que deben seguir los colaboradores, socios de negocios, clientes y proveedores en el desarrollo de sus relaciones comerciales, dentro de un marco ético que prevenga conductas ilícitas y situaciones de riesgo, principalmente en materia de corrupción y soborno.

Además, busca promover la calidad del servicio, la cultura organizacional, los principios institucionales y los valores corporativos, con el fin de fortalecer la identidad de nuestra gente, alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa y cumplir con los más altos estándares morales y profesionales.

2. Alcance

Este documento es aplicable a todas las actividades de la organización y a todo el personal que forma parte de ella, incluyendo: máximas autoridades, accionistas, gerentes, jefes, líderes, personal bajo contrato, honorarios profesionales, pasantes, consultores y/o asesores. En general, todas las partes interesadas y socios de negocios que incidan en las actividades de ISSEL SHIPPING AGENCY ISSELSA S.A. deberán cumplir y hacer cumplir el presente Código.

3. FILOSOFÍA ORGANIZACIONAL: HISTORIA, CULTURA Y VALORES CORPORATIVOS

Este Código es la expresión del compromiso de ISSEL SHIPPING AGENCY ISSELSA S.A. por mantener los más altos niveles éticos y morales en el desempeño de quienes la integran. ISSEL SHIPPING AGENCY ISSELSA S.A. fue constituida en Ecuador para prestar servicios de agencia naviera a nivel nacional. Desde su fundación, hemos construido una cultura de trabajo diligente, colaboración en equipo y autenticidad, con presencia en los principales puertos del país.

Ser el vínculo confiable entre los armadores, operadores navieros y el comercio internacional, facilitando las operaciones portuarias con eficiencia, responsabilidad y servicio personalizado. If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself.

6. THIRD PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners we have to share limited data with in order to provide the services you expect from us. Please see below:

ENVATO PTY LTD

For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for the Avada theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. TICKSY

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

If you have a registered account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us.
